The empty space next to the 4 special characters AFTER you unlock them. You have to place down every polo. The empty space to the right.

I can help with the last gallery character. Drag the empty space next to the 4 secret characters into an empty space and you unlock Locke. The thing in the back of the loading screen is Cadefa when she's muted.
