Merge Defense is a strategy game mixing defense and tile-matching in which you will have to build turrets to protect your territory against the numerous enemies who invade it. Use the tools available to build turrets in your base, they are generated automatically during the game. You will be able to merge two similar turrets to create a more powerful turret of a higher level. This game mechanic constitutes the heart of the gameplay and the objective will be to merge as many turrets as possible to increase the power of your defenses and annihilate the successive waves of ever more powerful monsters. You will earn gold coins that you can spend in the store to buy turrets when the tools run out. The blue crystals will be used to buy upgrades for your turrets and your spells.
