One Piece vs One Punch Man
Developer: Oonquil / InSeph - 2 357 playsOne Piece vs One Punch Man is a fan-made 2D fighting game that brings together two major manga and anime universes in one particularly generous crossover. Pirates, Marines and powerful enemies from One Piece face the heroes, monsters and superhuman fighters of One Punch Man in battles where power scaling quickly becomes a rather theoretical concept. With 110 fighters in total, including 62 from One Piece and 48 from One Punch Man, as well as 50 arenas inspired by both series, there are plenty of possible matchups. Pit Luffy against Saitama, Zoro against Garou, Shanks against Boros or even Akainu against Tatsumaki to find out who can dominate this unlikely tournament.
110 One Piece and One Punch Man Fighters with Different Playstyles
Characters from the two universes do not rely on exactly the same gameplay mechanics. One Piece fighters have light, medium and heavy attacks, throws, dodges and numerous special techniques that can be used freely, while their energy gauge is mainly used to unleash powerful Super attacks. Some characters even have unique mechanics of their own, such as Luffy's Gear Second, Trafalgar Law's Room or Shanks' Haki. On the One Punch Man side, special attacks consume more energy, so you will regularly need to charge your gauge before using the most devastating techniques. Saitama can notably enter Serious Mode, Garou can transform and Boros can activate Meteoric Burst. Each fighter therefore requires a little practice, and the help menu allows you to check the commands for special moves and Ultimate attacks.
Arcade, Versus, Co-op and Survival Modes for Up to Two Players
One Piece vs One Punch Man offers several ways to enjoy its huge roster. Arcade mode has you battle through a series of computer-controlled opponents, while Survival challenges you to last as long as possible with part of your health carrying over between fights. Training mode lets you freely practice combos and experiment with each character's many special techniques. For two players, Versus mode allows local battles on the same computer, while Cooperative and Survival Co-op let you fight side by side against the AI. A Watch mode even lets you observe two computer-controlled characters battle each other, which is perfect for finding out whether Saitama can really solve every problem with a single punch. Difficulty, number of rounds and several other settings can also be adjusted to customize the fights to your skill level.
