FNF Animania

Friday Night Funkin' Animania! v0.6 (FNF Animania) is a mod that reimagines several iconic songs from the original game with new compositions, completely reworked graphics, and particularly ambitious staging. Animania! does much more than simply remix the music: the characters, backgrounds, animations, and cutscenes are also given a fresh interpretation, giving the mod an identity that feels very different from the original game. Version 0.6 features seven playable songs: Bopeebo, Fresh, Dad Battle, Cocoa, Eggnog, Winter Horrorland, and Phone Call, with spectacular battles and numerous animated sequences accompanying the musical duels.

Two Classic Weeks Completely Reimagined

A large part of Animania! v0.6 revisits songs directly from Friday Night Funkin’. Bopeebo, Fresh, and Dad Battle once again pit Boyfriend against Daddy Dearest, but with different musical arrangements as well as new character designs, backgrounds, and animations. The mod then revisits the Christmas atmosphere with Cocoa and Eggnog, where Boyfriend faces Daddy Dearest and Mommy Mearest, followed by Winter Horrorland, featuring the terrifying Monster. Each song benefits from much more elaborate presentation than in the original game, with transitions, cutscenes, and numerous visual details that turn these classic tracks into true animated spectacles.

Phone Call, a Crossover with Komi Can't Communicate

Animania! also has a surprise in store with Phone Call, an original song inspired by the manga and anime Komi Can't Communicate. For this battle, Boyfriend steps aside and Hitohito Tadano becomes the playable character, while Shouko Komi takes the role of his opponent. The song humorously plays on one of Komi's most famous traits, her extreme difficulty communicating with others, and transforms the relationship between the two characters into a musical duel created especially for the mod. Phone Call allows Animania! to temporarily move away from the classic Friday Night Funkin’ universe while retaining its highly polished artistic direction.
