As Skid and Pump and Rotom were carelessly wandering on Memorial Hill, which is rumored to be possibly haunted, they suddenly encountered a ghost, Phantump. But this is not just any ghost—Phantump is either a friend or an enemy. The only way to find out is to challenge it to a duel in a terrifying rap battle.
