@Pico_Tankman367 This is pretty much an old comedy mexican kids cartoon which is focused on a character named "El chavo" Which can be translated to "The kid" the show would mostly take place in a low-income housing complex which is where you rap in the mod. The show just mostly focused on El chavo and his friends going through comedic conflicts.
